Mar 22, 2007 (swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with yeast floaties and a giant, lacing foamy white head. Yeasty, sweet grainy aroma with spicy herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Pleasant malty base, yeasty and grainy taste; medium-dry, sweet and slightly bitter finish, malt-accented with shy but balancing hops. Well-matured, pleasant to drink brew.
