22oz. bottle- color of dark honey, with a medium tan head - nose of spruce, malt, brown sugar, and some tar– taste of hard hops, spruce, grape fruit, vanilla, sugary, raisin, some mint, and alcohol - body is chewy, and with high/medium carbonation – aftertaste of tar, chewy, malt, and resin

pours a red amber with a thick tan head..malt, grass and citrus aroma...thick inital mouthfeel...bitter malts with a thinner alcohol finish...bitter alcohol aftertaste....very interesting beer...bitter aftertaste hangs in there a long while..much different than I expected from an IIPA

Pours sparkling dark amber with a rocky off-white head. Aroma is nice and complex... pine, resin, lemons, and esters of banana, bubble gum, dark fruit and apple. Flavor however is balanced twards bitter, but way to much alchol HOT alcohol in the flavor, couldnt really pull other flavors out of it. Medium to full bodied, creamy and softly carbonated. Heavy Alcohol.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of caramel malts, floral and citrus hops, rye, and slight hint of alcohol. Flavor starts off kind of sweet with caramel and sweet malts that give way to the rye and floral and citrus hops. Has a bitter finish with some alcohol warming. Not as hoppy as I was expecting but still a pretty decent brew.

Whoa, now this is a beer! Deep amber color with big head and lots of lace. Sweet , maly nose with citrus and pine hops. Very rich flavor is well balanced with a sharp hop finish. Alcohol is really warming in the ol’ tummy.

A complete offering here. Pours deep amber, almost mahogany with a thinning cream cap, leaving soapy lace. The nose on this one is nice... pine and floral notes, mixed with a spot-on rich molasses. Nice balanced malty sweetness (caramel and molasses), a touch of rye, with a well-integrated biting hop finish. The oily mouthfeel is complemented with soft carbonation levels and perfectly hidden alcohol aftereffects. Rich, full body and drinkability make this the best HeBrew offering I’ve had to date. Nice take on an impy IPA, and one that would make Lenny proud.

This could be the most drinkable IIPA I’ve had yet. Aroma that you could smell from a mile away. Molasses and hops all the way. Pour was a decent dark amber with a 1 finger white head.Taste was awesome...different than any IIPA I’ve had. Perhaps its the rye? Nice texture and carbonation. Hops are PERFECTLY balanced with the rest of the beer. Is it the rye that makes this balance different than others? I can’t place the taste and only have had a few rye based beers so I am guessing yes.

Pours a cloudy red color with a thin offwhite head. Aroma of fruity hops and caramel. Solid flavor of citrusy hops with caramel and a bitter finish. The body is light to medium with an oily texture and soft carbonation.
