A dark amber beer with a huge lazing light brown head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity and hoppy, Cascade like with notes of grass and grapefruit. The flavor is very sweet with a good caramel background and a nice hoppy topping. Nice one.

[Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm] Clear copper red, small head. Aroma of rye bread and lychee. Sweet and full bodied with clean mouthfeel. Plenty of malt with evident notes of bread and phenols. Alcohol plays a significant part. Lingering salty lychee-like finish. Very solid.

Cloudy dark amber color; creamy head. The malts mellowed out, in a perfect integration with the chocolate and the rye; despite the aging, the hops are still well present, but not so aromatic; the aroma is indeed a bit creamy; the final, supported by the caramel backbone, is still satisfying. Very solid and still pleasant.

Wonderful dark amber color with red hue. Caramel aroma, malt (vicious like a Barley Wine), breadish, some vanilla. Strong body, a bit oily, strong caramel flavor, with some sweetness and some vanilla. Very strong bitterness, with some grapefruit too and a lot of resins. Powerful. Very good ASA, the caramel is still in my mouth.
