timfoolery (379), California, USA Jul 8, 2008 Bottle from BevMo in Fairfield, CA. For a DIPA, this one is very unique, as the maltiness is more pronounced for the genre. It’s definitely full of malt and hops, providing a taste and fullness that is unmatched for a DIPA.
blipp (960), Grand Island, New York, USA Nov 26, 2008 Bottle. Pours orange amber with a dense and lasting off white head. The aroma is sweet and hoppy with light citric notes. The flavor is well balanced with sweet bready, almost toasty malt, along with some hoppy sweetness and grass. Not bad. KnutAlbert (2462), Oslo, Norway Nov 21, 2008 Raisins and sweet malt aroma.

Overall: A fitting tribute to Lenny Bruce. What a wonderful brew! As a onetime practicing Catholic, I’m in awe of Judaism’s inspiration for this brewery. A definite repeat. A favorite. High value for high craft. jvmiller (300), Bel Air, Maryland, USA Nov 1, 2008 Pretty good, more along the lines of a barley wine i thought. had the bitterness, but not the hop character. It was good, but not sure it confined to the iipa category. Malty.
