It poured an amber-orangeish color with an off-white head. The aroma was sweet malts with some caramel and light hops. The flavor was mainly sweet roasted malts with some hoppiness, but not many hop flavor notes.

Not that bad really, some beer nerds only rate beers splashing with strong flavors high. What’s wrong with the mellow beer you can have a couple of? More on the malty side with notes of a nutty coffee. I would probably getting more hops were it fresh.

Hazy amber color with modest white head. Aroma is light caramel with some spice notes. The palate is a little flat but overall gives a nice round mouthfeel. Semi-sweet with a bite on the end and a good lingering finish. Easy drinking enough to have at any time.

Poured a hazy copper with a solid 1 finger head and nice lacingl. Smell is very sweet, almost sickly sweet. Reminds me of rotting fruit. Not very pleasant. The taste border on being overly malty and cloying. There are flavors of orange, pine along with alcohol. There is a sharp bitterness on the finish that doesn’t blend well with the maltiness. I will give props for a solid, creamy mouthfeel. Overall this beer just doesn’t do it for me. It is not balanced and has a sickly sweet smell and taste.

Bottle. Actually, the bottle is the best thing about this beer. Very cool graphic. Pours a light brown with a thick head. Smells and looks better than the overall taste. Sort of bitter.. a lot of flavors involved. Complex yet not something i’d drink frequently. Not bad, not great.

355ml bottle. Murky and hazy coppery brown colour with a moderate collar of sand coloured foam. Caramel and biscuit malt comes through in the aroma. Flavour is satisfying with a light touch on the palate.

Pours dark amber/ruby with a large head. Nose shows lovely caramel and toffee notes with some soft spicy hops underneath. Very similar flavours, quite a lot of caramel, but there’s also some nutty malt in there too. Finishes with an assertive bitterness. Body feels a bit watery.
