Cloudy amber color. The aroma is a bit cheesy. Good body strength, some malt, quite bold bitterness, but overall a common beer.

Great name for a beer. Tastes alright smooth. Wouldn’t buy again except for the name as a present for some of my Jewish friends.

Poured medium golden with light white head. Flavor of grain and wheat. Pretty smooth finish with light hop taste.

Soft earthy malt with biscuity undertones and mild hopping. Soft, toasty with a very lite iced tea and hop character on the palate. Herbal and nutty finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a one finger lasting off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, and a touch of floral & citrusy hops. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness. Very good.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a small yellow-white head. The aroma was sweet, malty and nutty with light notes of caramel and vague fruits. The flavor was sweet, tangy, bitter and fruity with a undertone of nut and caramel in the malts. Seemed more of an amber ale than an APA to me. Not bad.

Bottle. Sweety malty aroma, with a hint of cascade (?) hops. Pours golden with a nice white head and very nice lacing. Taste is iniitally malt than settles into hops, with a nice finish. Not an really hoppy ale, but nice.

Holy Moses, pretty good offering. Slightly sweet to start and very hoppy dry finish. Bread like aroma. Don’t Passover this one.
