COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

12oz bottle into a stemmed sierra nevada bulb. Looks nice with an overaly brown and rust balance. Taste is hoppy, mildly bitter and crisp. Aroma is a bit flat, well aged fruit, maybe even spolied, hops are a bit sticky, prevalent is the pale ale tartness that evolves. No superior head, but the brew seems to settle as soon as it rests in the glass. Magnificent tenderness resides with the dry hopped flavour and malted submergence of the tasty hops.

~Earthy floral aroma of hops with sweet caramel and bready notes from the malts ~Pours cloudy amber color with small disappearing white head. ~Very earthy and woody hop flavor with light hop spice. Bready caramel flavor from the malts. Kinda of a muddled flavor. ~medium light bodied with medium CO2, earthy lingering hop finish. ~Didn’t really care for this one. Hop choice makes the beer taste too earthy and musty. Still drinkable. Just wont buy ever.

355mL. Pours a clearish, deep toffee amber. Larger, rocky, buttermilk foam. Excellent retention and webby, loose lacing. Nose is vanilla, stale candies, old caramel/Halloween candies, something like pickles (?). Just old, past prime smelling. Taste is stale lemon drops, lemon soap, lemon acid, very harsh acidity and acrid, astringent bitterness. Lemon tea throughout and big tannic, palate destroying puckering from the lemon bitterness. Ick.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy-orange with long lasting, foamy, white head. Aroma is of orange marmalade, caramel malt and citrusy hops. Body is medium and tangy. Taste is of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and hint of fruit. Finish is medium, herbal. Not very flavorful brew. I expected much more.

Pours deep amber with thick tan head. Very faint hop aroma. Mild malt flavor with hop finish. I guess it’s good for a session ale. Unfortunately I have little use for session ales.

Bottle 15’th anniversary on the neckband. Pour has a dark amber color and a one finger light tan head. Aroma has malts, light dry hops, caramel, and dull faded citrus. Not very bright or punchy so far. Mouth feel is light and there is average carbonation. Flavor has mostly malts, dull hops, and light bitterness. I had such high hopes for this one too bad.

Pailhead (6385) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - DEC 31, 2012
Bottle: The aroma consists of all caramel and toffee. Dry hopped? It pours a transparent amber with a small soapy off-white head. The flavor starts with caramel and toffee. The finish has some stale citrus hops. It’s medium bodied with a somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Overall, this tastes way older than it should.

Cavie (4303) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Bottle from Central market. Pours a fairly clear orange color with a fair bit of sediment. Aroma is dry yeast and light hops. Some aged notes. Flavor is a bit old and dry. Some notes that provide a bit of a rye touch. Easy to finish.

Bottle thanks to Cavie. Dark amber color with a thick white head. Aroma almost minty. Sweet and sour taste.
