COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden to light amber hued body with a small white head that lasts with some lace. Aromas are bready, malty, biscuity and lightly grassy. A touch of grapefruit and citrus. Flavors are medium citrusy, orange, tangerine and grassy hops. Some bready and toasty malt with low caramel. Lively bubbles, somewhat dry finish. Not bad.

Pours a slightly hazy brownish orange, large white head that quickly recedes to a small cap, leaving behind some whispy lacing. The aroma is caramel, apple, burnt orange, and resiny hops. Medium bodied. Nicely balanced. Solid maltiness provides caramel and and toast notes, mildly bitter finish, some distant orange and tropical fruit.

Crisp amber pour with a fluffy cream head. Nose is clean, hops, light fruit, and citrus. Easy on the palate, light malt notes, fresh hops, and a smooth finish.

Bottle-pours bright amber copper hue with a fluffy soapy white head with decent lacing. nose of carmel malts, lite apples, lite musty pine and some toasted malt notes. not much to speak of on the nose-smells somewhat offensive, especially for a beer that is supposed to be dry hopped. flavors are pretty much dead on from the nose-mushy malt, lite hops and some apple skins. this is pretty boring however, this beer maybe a bit on the old side. however, consideing the brewery, it would still suck if it was fresh.

Beaver (1289) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 15, 2012
12oz bottle. Pours a hazy copper amber with a smallish white head that goes to a thin film that laces the glass some.

The aroma is sweet toasted caramel malts and green apple with a little resiny hop.

The flavor is sweet biscuity caramel malts with some fruity slightly resiny hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with sharp carbonation.

Overall, a decent pale ale. A bit to toasty/biscuity for my tastes but with nice hops.
