COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

Appearance: medium amber brown, with a bit of muddy orange highlights, a short, slightly creamy tan head. Aroma: some grassy, lemony hops over a graham cracker malt base. Taste: as the aroma indicated. Finish: a little watery, but balanced. Notes: Decent enough, but not much to this beer at all.

I had this at Global Brew. It had hoppy flavor. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very unique beer. Sips alternate from being almost sweet to beinv quite bitter. Very hoppy with some hints of citrus. Guess I’ll give it an OK since I can’t decide.

The appearance of this beer is really appealing due to its large-grained sediment settling on the bottom, dark reddish orange color, and medium and foamy head that has good retention; also, the aroma fuses notes of resin and floral hops with roasted malts. Once sipped, the taste is mildly bitter, slightly sour, and a touch sweet, and the palate combines a bitter finish, medium body, average carbonation, and a sticky texture.

Wittales (446) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 23, 2013
Appearance was clear caramel but with floaties, off white lasting creamy 1 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are floral, tropical, citrus hops. Sweet caramel, pale, malts. Touches of rye, sweet onion, dank. Taste are piney resin, pineapple, mango, lemon, orange hops. Sweet light caramel, but it’s a session IPA. Palate was soft smooth CO2 with light body, then resinous piney lasting finish. A easy drinker, but the floaties are scarey.

Bottle; poured a orange amber color with not much whitish head. Caramel, fruit, and earthiness; a pretty vibrant aroma. Flavor was not quite up to bar with the aroma, but it was still solid. Some NW style spiciness. Solid.

Pours a copper color with off white head that sticks around. Slightly hoppy aroma, with some fruit and floral character coming through. Nice hop bite right at the beginning, some spice, then a very clean finish with a bit of caramel. Drinkable and tasty, they deliver what they advertised.

12 oz bottle from jcwattsrugger, thanks John. Pours to the darker side of amber/orange with a thin white head. Nice floral hop aroma. Touch of rye in the flavor, but mostly more floral hop with a bit of bready malt. Medium bodied with a quick bitter finish.
