COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

I keep enjoying these Schmalz beers with their interesting. It poured a medium brown out of the 12oz bottle. I like the complex hop flavor that is not overwhelming. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a copper color with off white head that sticks around. Slightly hoppy aroma, with some fruit and floral character coming through. Nice hop bite right at the beginning, some spice, then a very clean finish with a bit of caramel. Drinkable and tasty, they deliver what they advertised.

12 oz bottle from jcwattsrugger, thanks John. Pours to the darker side of amber/orange with a thin white head. Nice floral hop aroma. Touch of rye in the flavor, but mostly more floral hop with a bit of bready malt. Medium bodied with a quick bitter finish.

A clear reddish amber ale with a thick mocha head, gusher. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light sulfur notes, catty floral hops, light meaty notes. In mouth, a very malty example with resinous catty hops, white grapeskin, a bit thin but good.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2013 Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a thick bubbly off white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of caramel, toffee, and citrus. Tastes of all the same things in the smell and is sort of sour with a slightly hoppy aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation and a decent amount of chewiness and a dry finish. Overall this is a pretty good amber/pale ale. It?s pretty well balanced. I couldn?t call it a session ale though because I don?t think I could drink more than 3 in one sitting.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Easy drinking pale. Slightly sweet but with enough hop bitterness to balance it out. A good dinner beer.
