COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the book of Exodus, the ancient Hebrews survived 400 years of bondage before the ultimate supreme court dropped the 10 deadly Plagues on the land of the taskmasters and the head dictator, Pharaoh. Even then, only begrudgingly, did he Let My People Go. The freedom ride across, nay through the sea left a band of wandering nomads broke and suffering, no doubt with a profound hunger – and a mighty thirst. Enter the Manna: a glorious gift to nourish body and soul. Manna was said to combine the tastes of everything most delicious to each individual, depending on their desire. And as the Good Book says, Each shall gather according to one’s need and shall enjoy a double portion for thine chosen day of rest. Manna fed the entire tribe, but tradition suggests the righteous received manna ground in a heavenly mill, while the wicked had to grind it below for themselves. Hear o’ Tribe of Shmaltz – Behold: A celebration of the flower of the craft beer revolution! A golden opportunity to feed your inner hop head and rejoice in HOP MANNA, our newest delicacy of the modern He’brew Beer family. L’Chaim! Dry Hopped with Centennial, Cascade and Citra (Centennial and Cascade in Batch 4).

A - Pours a fairly clear amber-orange with a finger of frothy off-white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some nice lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, orange, floral, and pine hops with some sweet caramel and almost bready malts. T - Starts off with a mix of grapefruit, pineapple, and orange hops with some bitterness and some sweet caramel malts. Through the middle, some floral and pine hops come through with some more bitterness and some bready malts. The finish is a mix of grapefruit, citrus, and pine hops with some bitterness and some sweet bready malts. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and bitter finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice hoppy IPA. Good hop profile and bitterness with a good hop and malt balance.

Growler. Hazy orange/amber. Slightly bitter with nice hop bite. Piney but also a warmer citrus (Citra hops?). Finishes dry. Doesn’t do anything that hasn’t been done before, but a flavorful IPA nonetheless.

A well-above-average American IPA that nails its hop aroma and moves on with its day. Big tropical-fruit-hop nose and a juicy hop flavor stuck between some resinous bitterness and reasonable caramel sweetness.

650 ml bottle. Batch #4. (Metropolitan Citymarket) Brooklyn, NY. Clear mahogany red colour with small light tan head. Aroma is mixture of dark strong resiny hops and darkish maltiness. Lots of sweetness too. Flavour is strong resiny hops, quite dark with bitter hoppy dryness and malty sweetness. Slightly too dark and sweet for my taste but with decent hoppiness. Bitterness in aftertaste is quite short. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber, with a large off-white head, which does not last all that well but does leave decent lacing. Citrus hops dominate the aroma, with grapefruit and tangelo notes prominent, along with some pine resin and peppery hops notes. An initial touch of white pepper is overcome by bitter grapefruit hops. A hint of pine resin leads into a mid-section with just enough caramel malt to lend it some body. Pine resin and pepper hops in the finish leave a lingering bitterness. This is a nice, satisfyingly bitter IPA.

22. Pours a cloudy burnished dark amber with a surging platinum blond head that settles quickly to a pillowy moose with plenty of eggy, drippy lace. Big pine and caramel nose with a little bit of cotton and must in there as well. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast, caramel, and pine on the mid palate. Mild grapefruity finish. Nice IPA.

Soapy "Irish Spring" aroma with some pine and citrus. Pours a very golden amber color. Sweet toasted malt flavors followed by more citrus and an interesting sweet pineapple aftertaste that I’ve never tasted in an IPA. Overall, a very awesome IPA.

Clear golden orange color. Big white head. Really nice nose. Lots of bright fruits. Lots of lychee notes. Grapefruit, orange, pine in the taste. Good amount of resin in this. Solid sweetness in the finish. Does get a little all over the board at times though. Nice IPA. Just the nose makes it worth it.

Hop profile with pine notes and citrus body, kind of thought it was like a Ninkasi at first.

Bottle - Amazing fruits and hops, sweet with some citrus. Orange, clear with thick creamy head. Upfront bitterness, resin and grapefruit. Smells so much better than it tastes, obviously due to dry hopping.
