3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Well hopped IPA with a dry-hoppy finish. Lightly malted with flavors of grass, lime, orange peel, and honey. The dry hopping definitely adds a noticeable hoppiness and a dry, crisp finish. Not for the weak hearted, but it will satisfy the hopheads (like me).

Gold/ornage pour, a finger of white ead. Aroma is mostly bitter grapefruit. Grapefruit and pine up front, nice caramel malt follows up. West coast-style hop profile. floral. Carbonation is right on. Maybe the most under-rated brewer north of the Mason Dixon.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 26 April 2012) Amber colour with brief, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of cereal, orange, marmalade, resin and apricots. Malty, fruity taste with grainy malt, apricots, orange and generous amounts of resinous hops in a fairly bitter finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Well balanced, quite hoppy and very nice.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear bright golden with a clingy-lacing froth of white head. Has a clean fresh floral hoppy nose with some light malty sweetness. Starts with pretty good fullness and lightly toasted malts with a good balance of citrusy hops before a drier bittersweet finish. Not all that assertive, but very drinkable.
