COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the book of Exodus, the ancient Hebrews survived 400 years of bondage before the ultimate supreme court dropped the 10 deadly Plagues on the land of the taskmasters and the head dictator, Pharaoh. Even then, only begrudgingly, did he Let My People Go. The freedom ride across, nay through the sea left a band of wandering nomads broke and suffering, no doubt with a profound hunger – and a mighty thirst. Enter the Manna: a glorious gift to nourish body and soul. Manna was said to combine the tastes of everything most delicious to each individual, depending on their desire. And as the Good Book says, Each shall gather according to one’s need and shall enjoy a double portion for thine chosen day of rest. Manna fed the entire tribe, but tradition suggests the righteous received manna ground in a heavenly mill, while the wicked had to grind it below for themselves. Hear o’ Tribe of Shmaltz – Behold: A celebration of the flower of the craft beer revolution! A golden opportunity to feed your inner hop head and rejoice in HOP MANNA, our newest delicacy of the modern He’brew Beer family. L’Chaim! Dry Hopped with Centennial, Cascade and Citra (Centennial and Cascade in Batch 4).

Bottle.
Pours a decent cheddar orange with a nose of piney orange and light grapefruit. Flavor is grapefruit rind soaked in orange and pine. Average mouthfeel. Great IPA.

Bomber from TW. Hazy, orange-gold pour with a short, persistent white head leaving heavy lace. Nose is nicely balanced with pine and citrus hops and caramel malt. Medium body and moderate, fine carbonation. Pine, caramel, apricot, and some wood. Finish is dry, grapefruit and dandelion bitter, and slightly caramel sweet. More balanced than most American IPAs and a great mouth feel, but ultimately pretty average in comparison to some of the more complex IPAs out there.

Bottle on Amtrak Train 506 between Portland and Seattle (from Binny’s South Loop) 08/11/12. Clear mid amber with a mahoooosive frothy off white head that retains well. Good lacing ensues. Nose is big on caramel malts, pine, hops, mango, caramelised sugars. Tastes of pine, hops, bitter mango, light mineral tones, oranges, sweet caramel. Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a bitter sweet finish. Good IPA and this one achieved my target of a new US rate for every hour I intended to spend in the US ! 151.

650 ml. bottle. Pours a thick, well retained ivory head, with extensive lacing, over a clear amber (SRM 13) body......nose is pine, citrus, floral layers, light toffee/caramel......taste is floral, citrus peel, toffee/caramel, pine, finishing with a moderate lingering bitterness, with hints of sweetness.....mouth feel medium, slightly sticky, carbonation medium. This is more of an "East Coast" IPA. It is well balanced between the malt and hop backbones, but the huge heavy lingering bitterness is absent. The hops are very floral in both aroma and flavor, and were done with a nice hand. BJCP8/3/13/4/7

A little foggy golden copper pour. Stone white thick sustaining head coming from the wheat and cara malts. Hop aroma you would expect from west coast style ipa. Spicy hops along with grapefruit flavors. Very dry finish. ---Rated via iPhone

Orange, soft gold pour with a tight white head. Serious hops in the nose; pine cones and citrus. Nicely bitter. Body is full with tastes of earth, wood(pine),and light caramel. Hops take charge again out the back door to a bitter finish.

Poured into a pint glass out of a 22oz bomber. Pours a clear darker gold with a one finger white head. Really good head retention with decent lacing. Aroma is much better than many other IPA’s I have had. Lots and lots of pine along with a touch of citrus. Really a nice blend of earth and citrus here. A little bit of light wood too with pinecones. The flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aroma. More pine than citrus but not nearly as strong as was present in the aroma. Moderate to high bitterness throughout along with some more wood and pine resin. Finish is moderately sticky with bitterness lingering long after all flavors have subsided. Overall, a better than average IPA. It is definitely hop-centric with malt being nearly undetectable but the hops in this really work well. One to pick up every now and then.

22 oz. Clear amber with a lasting disc of cream on top. Nose is grapefruit, resin, tea leaf, earthy toffee. Flavor is orange, grapefruit, resin, caramel, woody pith and tea leaf on the finish. Near-medium body is soft and has light-medium carbonation and a long bitter finish.
