3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma is more sweet than hoppy with hints of honey and clove. Not a very strong or complex scent. Looks imposingly dark, almost with a great sticky white head of foam. Taste is a battle between pine hops and malt sweetness. I would say this IPA borders a little on the sweet side, surprising since it is only 6.8%. The most hop bitterness comes through in the aftertaste. Palate is good for an IPA, very well made. This is a good beer but I lean more toward the big Imperial IPA’s.

A citrus hoppy aroma. Hazy burnt orange and amber body. Frothy head thats about an inch thick. Mild bitterness with citrus malty smooth finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pretty big, nice aroma - citrus esters, doughy, some toasted sugars. Standard longneck, bad label. Almost clear (if not), honey pine brew with a webby, stacked cream-colored head. Fairly sweet, citrus pith and pineapple esters, toasted sugars, leafy, an interesting flavor profile. I consider the palate flawed -- there’s a growing, green pecan astringency that sits on top of your tongue and becomes increasingly unpleasant over time. Slightly heavy body. ABC Liquors, Betton. Consumed from the Purloined Unibroue Tulip, waiting for Hurricane Hermine to knock the lights out, 9/1/16.

Bottle courtesy of altonbrownd, thanks! Hazy deep golden color, cream colored head with solid lacing. Bready floral aroma. Taste is bitter straw, dry finish. Decent.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pretty good! Deep golden color. The creamy white head almost made the entire session. The nose was well balanced, fresh hoppiness but a defined malty backbone. Mouthfeel was a tad syrupy, a bit heavier on the tongue than it needed to be but very enjoyable to drink.

Bottle. Golden color, nice carbonation and a fair frothy white head. Aroma is a hoppy floral. Taste is mostly herbs with some light hints of citrus. Could have been better.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy golden orange color with thick foamy head; quite attractive. Aroma is herbaceous, citrus and a touch of pine. Taste - hop forward with a resinous piney herbal flavor and right behind that you get a small amount of lemon and tropical fruit. Dry crackery malt lends some balance. Mixed feelings on this one. It's a hop bomb which is fine but the herbal resin flavors threw me a little. I think it gives it a bit of a medicinal flavor.

A totally unoriginal and uninspired IPA. Bland and boring. Too bad they didn’t spend more time on the beer and less time on the jokes and obnoxious poorly designed label.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma is earth, citrus, tart and honey. Taste is a full bodied hop profile that isn’t overwhelming. Finishes with some tartiness but nothing too crazy. Appearance is a clear gold with a thin pearl head that retains quite well.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice sweet malt smell with strong tropical scent coming throughout the scent. Clear dark gold or amber color with almost no head. A bit woody taste to start then some rustic fruit flavor of Apple and Orange keep rind with a bit of raisin in there. Smooth dry finish with light bite that tends to linger at the end like grape fruit. Medium sticky body that tends to coat the tougue. Very enjoible beers and to try more from you guy. Nice work.

Bottle. Aroma of citrus hops but also a lot of toasted malts. I have a feeling I’m not going to love it. Taste is syrupy citrus peel and toasted malts. Not a fan of the malts they’re using here.
