3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slightly hazy gold-amber pour with a tall, soapy, off white head, that fades to a thick skim in a reasonable time and holds, leaving some nice lacing. Aroma offers up lots of citrus and caramel, some pine, bready yeast and mineral notes. Flavor is sweet cereal, toast, biscuit and citrus up front, followed by pine, mineral notes and some Englishy, fruity yeast esters, pretty decent bitter grapefruit bute and acidic hoppiness to the finish. Medium body, with a creamy, but slick entry and oily feel from there, moderate, but sharp carbonation and a pretty boozy feel overall for a <7%ABV IPA. Not bad, but definitely boozier than it should be at it’s ABV%, the hop profile is nice, but it really has a lot of bitterness for the amount of flavor and aroma that it has.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance is a medium golden brown with decent head/lacing. Smells of powerful hops and a touch of citrus. Taste is the prototypical IPA, great. Mouthfeel is clean, not too bitter or carbonated.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours orange-amber, nice creamy white head that retains and leaves lacing. Aroma of grass, pine, herbs, spices, sweet malt...really nice. Has that stock He’brew flavor which is rich and caramel yet spicy and distinctive to their beers. Maybe it is the yeast they use, but I like it. Well balanced taste, soft carbonation, medium body, creamy texture, and balanced finish. Very mild for an IPA, not astringent. Would revisit.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 oz single bottle on sale at Supermarket Liquors. Orange and light hazy appearance with a sticky head. Old, musty aroma with notes of cardboard and fruity esters. The flavor adds medium hop bitterness, light sweetness and oxidization. A little harsh and hard to drink. Meh.
