Bottle - aroma is just beautiful! Plenty of malt with a bit of roasty goodness. A touch of chocolate. Deep brown body with a sizeable beige head. A nice roasty flavor as well. I don’t get a lot of the nut. At least initially. It does come to the front as the beer warms. A nice nut brown, but still a nut brown.

Aroma is poor. Pours dark brown with small head. Drinks light for so dark a color and tastes plain kinda watery.

Drank from a bottle purchased at Wegmans. Has a nice malty/nutty aroma to it. Tastes a bit overly nutty and a bit watered down.

Beautiful dark color. This was a mild beer with floral note and an almost hidden coffee after note.

Bottle @ The Butcher’s Block, Sarasota, FL - Dark Brown ale with a very smooth malty flavor. Not sweet and not bitter...just perfect! Very enjoyable. I had one for breakfast :)

APPEARANCE - deep brown color, clear with lightest beige head. NOSE – very pleasant malty sweetness. FLAVOR – exceptionally smooth and malty sweet flavor. NOTES - Seems like the perfect example of a brown ale to me.

Bottle. Dark brown pour with a creamy tan head. Mild dark roasted malt, toffee and nuts in the aroma and taste. Nice mild brown.

Dark and roasty and well balanced. This is a well balanced beer with a complex taste to it.

This one left me wanting. Faint nut aroma. Average color and a watery palate. Average and somewhat light mild malt and nut flavor. Meh.
