From a polypin at the Cat and Wheel, Bristol 28/05/10. Hazy, deep gold with no carbonation. Slightly honeyed aroma, with dryish fruit and a farty edge. Easy drinking, with plenty of medium dry fruit, cinnamon and wood. Good.

Pale clowdy yellow, with a light sharp apple fruit nose, and a very typical light cider fruit flavour.

[Cask from The Three judges] Ripe apples, rum, ginger and a faint Oloroso-seco sherry note. Ful body, some sweetness and a spicey finish. A touch on the sweet side for me, I prefer the dryer ciders, but this is still excellent.
