Blackfriers. Aroma is noteably vinigary, hints at acidic apples, however a bit minimal. Taste is very vinigary, sour and acidic. I wonder if its ment to be this way or if its turned a bit.

Cask. Yellow colour. Powerfull apple aroma. Nice apple flavor. Barnyard notes. Average finish. Oily palate. Nice cider.

Tap @ The Bree Louise. No head. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are very dry with apples and sulphur and notes of wood.

On tap at Wellington Arms, Bedford, in 1st Welly Summer Cider Festival ’11. Hazy orange gold. Aroma has a little sourness and dryness. Nice sharp dry taste. Unlike some ciders it does what it says on the box.

Draft at Bree Louise, London. ahazy light golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples, leading to a tart finish.

Clear medium yellow to orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100801]

From tap at Bree Louise. Aroma is dry sulphorish and crisp apple fruity fruity. Bone dry and apple fruity flavoured. Bone dry and slight bitter to acidic. Dry sulphorish note too. Bone dry finish.

Edinburgh Beer festival 07 ... clowdy yellow ... sharp but little apple in nose ... astringent watery ... little initial apple ... more follow very drying.

Being honest it is too dry and hard to describe, but being fair it is ver good.

Plastic keg @ Square and Compass, Worth Matravers. Dry light body with soft slightly acetic acidity. Very drinkable.
