Comments: Extremely dry and rather empty, ropey, bitter cider.

Had@HBF2007 (7.5%). Hazy deep golden colour, no head. Aroma is tart apples with some bluecheesy notes as well as some earthyness. Flavour is tart apples along with with some bluecheesy and mouldy earthy notes. Some slight woodenness in the finish. Dry and nice.
