Pale lightly cloudy yellow. Much more dry than medium. Slight vanillary oak. Good sourness. Decent cider.

Very pale yellow with no head. Apple juice and apple candy aroma. Very sour apple flavour

Light yellow color with a virtually none head. Aroma is apple, sour apple, wood, rubber. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and acetic (vinegar) with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (060808)

Clear golden with no head. Dry aroma with apple notes. Dry flavor with Notes of wood, apples and citrus. Finishes dry.

@GBBF2008. Very pale yellow colour, small white head. ARoma is cheesy, some sour apples as well as mild wood. Flavour is cheese, vanilla and sour apples along with some sour wooden notes. Throatdrying.
