Cask @ 3 Judges. Hazy greenish yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sour apple, dry leathery. Flavour is sour apple, leather, wood. Medium bodied and full of flavour. Good stuff.

Cask at Helsinki Beer Festival 2008. Hazy orange yellow color with no head. Ripe apple and weird refridgerator note in the aroma. Sweet, acidic and oaky flavor. Very astringent, woody and mouthcoating palate. Dry fruity, oaky and appley finish.
