Dec 06 Sampled from the Barrel @ Middle Farm, Nr Lewes. Orangey brown. Nutty flavours with a little spice. Fruity acidity is tasty but not overdone. Quite nice but finishes slightly sweet for me.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Oxon, 07-05-09 Pours light gold touch of haze. This had a lazy appley feel about it, in that the zingy apple and woody tastes that were always present only really started to come through after a while. There is a touch of wood on the nose the cider is quite dry though not as dry as I expected, good stuff. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Pale and cloudy yellow with no head. Rich apple aroma, very fruity. Sout apple flavour with a very tart finish.

Comments: Very smelly, bretty, funky cider that fails to really carry the beautiful flavours in mouth completely.

From the barrel - GBBF2007. A hazy, darkish orange coloured cider. The aroma is pretty spritzy apples. The taste is quite dry and tannic. Fairly smooth and drinkable. Ok.
