From a polypin at the Wellington, Bristol 29/05/10. Deep gold in colour with slight carbonation. Dryish apple aroma with a hint of spice. Easy drinking with more dry fruit. Fine.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 07-05-10 Hazy lemon colour, soft in the mouth. This is a touch woody and whilst a nice cider , it is dangerously squash like at times and too easily glugable. Some wood and alcohol on the nose with the apple. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Slight acetone and light wood to the nose of this still cider. Very woody with hints of both orange and pear along with the apple a bit of dryness here too.

Big fruit aroma. Golden amber coloured and hazy in appearance. Strong in alcohol fruity and sweet on the palate with a slight tannin finish.

Draught 3 Judges. Aroma was under rip green apples, you can smell the dryness alreay, a bit dusty. Taste is agghhh soo dry, my god this is drier than cantillon, woo gren sour apple peel. The dryest drink avalible anywhere in the world by a mile!

From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Hazy light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple with a nice dry finish. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
