Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate barnyard, leather, citrus, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, soft and easy. Very balance and a bit young - but i thnik maybe to soft and easy ... a beginer gueuze ;O) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
75 cL bottle at De Heeren van Liedekercke. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is light mouldy and barnyard. Crisp citrusy and mild fruity. vague cornish flavoured, light earthy touch. I get more Girardin from the blend than Lindeman. Dry, brett and citric finish. Solid carbonation, yet small bubbles. A bit rough yet nice.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, wood, malt, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, wood, and malt, leading to a very tart finish. Thank yespr for sharing.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a very lively, bubbly off-white head dissipating in no time. Lovely Bretty nose, lots of fart and barnyard. Light in body, high in carbonation, some initial sweet fruitiness quickly relieved by tart Brett and sulphur with a fusty edge. Dry and tart finish. A very traditional Gueuze. 140212

Shared with the Kernel crew. Bottle says 5.0%! Very hazy gold beer. Little white head. Softish airy palate, semi dry. Pleasant generic fruits with mild and balanced sourness. Crisp finish. A nice gentle sour this one, could actually imagine sessioning it.

Bottle @ Too many geuze’s only one toilet, Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Vahue manuer, grain and barnyard. Very young without any really complexity Tasty but I somehow don’t see the ageing potentia as in for instance the young Horal’s.

Bottle, 5%. Mouthwatering acetic aroma, nicely earthy with a hint of vinegar sourness. Cloudy dark golden colour. The flavour is nicely acetic with some grape peel tannin. Thin mouthfeel. Subdued citric finish, not so powerful afterall.
