courtesy of Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schneider; this beer has been brewed for the inaugurations of the toilets of a local bar ... - pours a cloudy dark amber-brown colour with a chaotic beige foam left; nice lacework; a subtle fruity hoppiness (mango and prune), medium-bodied and a rounded palate, subtle carbonation; some sweetness and a hint of sourness; low bitterness and a long malty finish with notes of exotic fruits - definitely no Scheissbier!
