courtesy of Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schneider - very hazy orange-blond colour with a poor head retention; a fair aroma of corn and banana with notes of gentian; nice balance in the mouth between a solid sweetness and some acidic tartness, slightly oily palate, medium malt backbone; lot of residual sugars in a citrusy and slightly acidic finish - refreshing
