Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate moderate malty, grain, cereaæ, cardboard and cooked corn notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cardboard, acrid bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100815]
