330 ml bottle at Wasana’s Winter Beer Tasting 2012, Idar-Oberstein, Germany. Thanks to Grima. Pours a hazy amber color with a small tan head. Caramel, wood, malt aroma with notes of cherry fruit and spice. Sweet malty flavor with some cherry fruit.

Clear ruby red with a lovely, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has toasted caramel, some caramel, light sugary, soft honey. Medium carbonation, fairly light but okay dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, toasted caramel aplenty, soft liqourice, just a hint ofoxidation. Fairly elegant malty bitterness towards the end.

0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Reddish brown color. Sweet aromas of toffee, bread and raisiny-berryish caramel. Bready and toffeish flavor with raisiny caramel and fruity resins. Tastes a bit stale (BB next week).

330ml bottle. Clear dark amber with frothy medium off-white head. Intense dark malt aroma, sweet. Therfore surprisingly dry taste, supressing some malt aroma, taking away its richness.
