Aug 27, 2008 From a C&C 750 ml bottle purchased from the North Coast Coop in Arcata, CA. This poured a cloudy light yellow color with a very tiny white head. Mouthfeel is very lively and tickles the tongue. The nose is strong of honey and alcohol. The flavor is also very alcoholic. There is a lot of honey of honey in the flavor, but this is offset by a sourness that makes the taste buds dance. A remarkable drink that is a bit of an acquired taste, and is very unique.
