1 liter bottle kindly shared by Yngwie at Haandbryggeriet, RBNAG-11. Clear golden body with low carbonation and just a really thin off-white white head. Mild aroma of matured apples together with acidic sour apples. Quite light in flavor, sweet and sour apples with hint of apple cores. Medium to thin body. Quite plain, but drinkable.

Bottle, 100cl. A clear, almost golden colored cider, flat. Apples, some barnyard, a vague chicken farm smell, and apple cores in the aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, quite straightforward apple tasting, but with some lightly funky, earthy notes in the far back. Medium body, quite dry. Not the most exciting cider I’ve had, but quite decent and easy drinkable. 111015

Bottle. Pale golden colour with no head. Aroma is sourrness, apple. flavour is watery, apple, sourness. Plane, but a little bit boring cider.

Courtesy of Yngwie Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes of apples and vanilla. Taste is light sweet and light sour. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is flat.

0.75l bottle shared @ Haandbryggeriet with RBNAG11 courtesy of yngwie. Pours a a clear pale yellow body with a really thin off-white head. Aroma is thin, tones of apples and wood. Average carbonation level with a watery mouthfeel. Flavors are thin apples and not much more. Some sweetness perhaps? And it’s quite watery in the finish.

Shared bottle. Pours straw coloured with a very tiny head. Aroma of sour apples, taste is the same fresh sour apples.

Shared bottle, thanks to yngwie. ABV 5.5%. Golden colour, just a slight carbonation. Aroma and flavour of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Quite drinkable.
