Bottle. Hazy brown colour with a thin head. Aroma of banana and rye. The flavour is sweet, banana and rye with sourish and spicy notes.

Bottled (thanks Joona!). Hazy murky ambery brown colour with minor head. Aroma is banana, some smoked wet wood as well as juniper. Flavour is rather sweet banana meeting some spices, ryebread and some slight notes of smoky wet wood.

Bottled (swing top, thanks Markku K!). Very murky brown color, no head. Dry aroma of wood, juniper and banana. Wet wood, juniper, banana, light sour note, also a bit smokey. Sweet overriped banana in the aftertaste. Less sweet than Pääsiäissahti sampled in the same session and less sour, but mouthfeel is thin. Not very interesting sahti.

0.5 l bottle, thanks to Markku K and Hannu N! Amber brown color. Sweetish aroma with banana and smoke. Worty, grainy and sour flavor with dark rye, smoke and banana. Grainy and metallic finish. Fairly fresh bottle (BB 5th May 2009) but already sour.
