Oct 10, 2009 Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a medium yellow-gold with a medium sized soapy whit head that faded quickly. The aroma was sweet, tangy, corny and industrial. The flavor was dryish, tangy and had a touch of cardboard. The finish was short, tangy and vaguely bitter. Thin body. Not much to this one. Bland and inoffensive.

Jul 29, 2009 finally able to track some down on a trip to chicago. old style is dry and moderately bitter with a crisp finish. not much in the flavor or aroma catagory but nice and refreshing after a round of golf.

Jul 28, 2009 Old Style Chicago bottle at Brickskellar. Pours clear piss with a 2 finger bright white head. Nose is sweet, taste is sweet and light and a big old eh.
