Unlike other cheap pale lagers, this one is offensive in addition to offering few positives. If this didn’t have positive associations of the Cubs, Wrigley, and baseball for so many people, I wouldn’t understand its existence. Cavie (1369), Fort Worth, Texas, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 13, 2009 Hadn’t drank one of these for 25 years. Taste is much more subdued than it once was, but still grainy. Nose was muted, but still grainy. The appearance remained light golden yellow with small white head and little to no lacing. Actually not much skunk in the finish, just not much esle either. Can’t say this was a bad beer, just not much good about it either.
Nice 2009 commemorative Cubs bottle though. jimmack34 (566), Lancaster, Ohio, USA

Then i see the reviews and alot of people refrence this to baseball. Just a typical pale lager with some graininess, slight corn, and some dry hops. Just a lil better than PBR, but not much. snakeoilpete (324), Seattle, Washington, USA

Pours bubbly golden with a large foamy white head that lasts til the end. The smells and tastes are sweet, slightly fruity malt. Not as watery as I might have expected. glkaiser (1164), Seattle, Washington, USA

Good to drink while watching a Cubs game, and that’s about it. Tastes better warm than most crappy beers. Booya. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. Go Cubs. brew4fun (168), West Virginia, USA

Average pale lager, draft at Wrigley Field. Pale gold with short-lived white head. Light grainy flavor with some corn. Jayson2425 (167), Box Elder, South Dakota, USA
