I mean, how is it possible to make a beer without any flavor whatsoever? Seems to me you’d have to *try* to make it without flavor... Crit (2401), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada

Definitely better on tap than in the can or bottle, although not by much. Not the same as when it was brewed up in La Crosse. If you want to taste the true "Old" Old Style as my guys call it, try a La Crosse Lager. The employees of the former Old Style brewery in La Crosse bought it and reopened as City Brewing a few years back, and use the same methods.
Good beer to boil your brats in for the tailgate. It’s watery, yet impure. I felt poisoned after drinking it. I’m not a big fan of macros to begin with, but this one takes the cake. Please, stop selling this swill. iwantalambic (1385), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Whether you are watching Sunday afternoon football and drinking out of the can, or watching the Cubs lose at Wrigley, this beer does not taste good.
