COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: Oakwalley is an Irish Red Ale style. An easy-drinking alr, with notes of caramel from light roasted malts and with medium low hop flavor and bitternes. The moderate carbonation results in small bubbles that make this ale smooth and well rounded.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2009 (On tap) Beautiful, clear amber golden with a small, beige head. Distinct hop aroma and a touch of caramel. Medium-bodied, discreet notes of caramel but otherwise dominated by extremely dry aroma hops leaving a solid dose of bitterness. Well crafted. 291006
