1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: APR 30, 2004 Nothing to really complain about here. This brew's par for the course when it comes to European NA beers. A decent, crisp and slightly watery taste.

Seems to me when your Dr. puts you on the wagon, this is where you turn. OK for a non-beer.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2007 Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, cereal), lightly hoppy (herbs, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation. Mostly drinkable for an N/A, but there are better choices. The funniest part is that itís better than Heineken (slightly cleaner smelling and tasting).

Iíve had Busch N/A, Coors N/A, Budweiser N/A, and Miller N/A and I have to say that Buckler is far better than any of these. That is how I am going to rate it. If your Catholic and give up beer for lent, then this is a good substitute to keep you at ease during those 40 days and 40 nights.

Phooey, Iím being treated for an ucler so that means NO BEER (or beer with alky-haul, anyway). So I tried some Buckler--and I gotta say, it wasnít as bad as I thought it might be. Truthfully, Iíd rather drink this stuff than something like Miller Lite. Itís reasonably tasty, though it doesnít have much depth. Itís not the best tasting beer out there, but for what it is, Iíd say itís pretty good!
