On heavy antibiotics, I decided to give this a try. Tastes like dirty water. This doesnít even make an effort to taste anything like beer.

Light crystal clear caramel color with a frothy head. Stale aromas and flavors of grain, skunk, slight metal, and light stale grass. Not as watery as it could be but close to water. Doesnít leave to much of an aftertaste, mostly clean. Crisp and very light.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is quite light with a bit of sweet light grain and water. Flavor is similarly thin with just a bit of light sweet grain and corn with a bit of water in the finish.

bottle poured into a shaker. pours a clear gold with minimal head. Aroma of grains and skunk. Taste is light sweet. Corn, grains and skunk. Light bodied with a thin texture. Soft carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, not too good. There are better NA beers out there.

Botella 25 Cl. Es asquerosa con alcohol pues sin alcohol ya es para pensar en un zumo o algo.

Location/Date:Bottle on October 27th, 2012.

Appearance: Pours a clear see through gold, with some bubbles.
Aroma: Aroma of cereal malt.
Taste: Very faint bitterness, cereal malt, not as stale as expected.
Palate:Light body, quick finish.

Summary: First off, this is Style Rating 72 of 73 for me - only Lambic Faro to go! I find it kind of ironic that Heineken sells their nearly non-alcoholic beer in a brown bottle that protects light, and their main beer in a green bottle that basically skunks an already poor product. But hey, Iím not in marketing! Similar to my experience with malt liquor, I expected worse than this. Yes it still has a low rating, but maybe a bad IPA is worse than this because with an IPA I have higher expectations.

Medium straw colored. A finger of head, quickly gone. Smells like a metal can of grain. Light taste, strong bitterness builds but ends with metallic aftertaste. Light and weak body and moderate carbonation. Well, itís tough to like this one. Pretty poor all around.
