330ml bottle. Aroma is malty. Appearance is very dark brown with a nice white brown head. Taste in s very very sweet. Leaves a sweet mouth feel. Overall a bad experience. Won’t drink this again.

@Backlog donker bruin met beige kraag waar niets van overblijft, aroma bruine suiker, mout, smaken: zoet, karamel, moutig, licht, waterig en niet bijzonder

Clear Cola like appearance with a tan head. Well, for a few moments that is, because beer is completely dead after a few moments. It’s thin, watery, sweet. Terrible "beer".

Bottle. Appearance: no foam, dark beer. Nose: sugar, some malt. Taste: it reminds me of lemonade with a little bitter aftertaste, but not the good kind of lemonade. The beer is out of balance and did not please me in any way.

Uggh. This is terrible. I’m not sure who buys this. Most of the best qualities of beer as a beverage are absent here. Almost no alcohol, terrible balance, cloying, and no head. Its brown?

Mahogany brown, almost black body with a thin, quick disappearing, fizzy head. Smells of dark malt, caramel and sugar. Let’s be fair – it smells like flat Coke. Thin light watery body with soft carbonation. Tastes of sweet caramel syrup and dark malt with a slightly metallic aftertaste. Let’s be fair- it tastes like flat Coke. Ultimately, though it smells, looks like Coke it feels far more fake.

Bottle 33cl. Clear Brown Color with an off-whitehead. Aroma is malt and caramel, hints of burned sugar. Flavor is watery, some rosted notes and nothing else.

The name was a bit misleading for my expectations. Not a brown beer, but more of a crappy Malzbier-type of low alcohol thing. Watery, too sweet, syrupy, just not nice. As the Dutch recommend, to be given to piglets as an elecrolyte supplement, especially on weak batches (of piglets).

Bottle shared with McTapps. The first our bruin of my life and hitting the points high as this one looks and tastes like a sweetish German Malzbier but also has some alc in. Great way to start the evening and still with some nice aroma of malt and sugar. Easy to go and easy enough for me to give away some points.

Small bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep brown-black colour with steady head. Taste of pure Karamalz/Vitamalz. Means pure malt, thick sugar. Nice taste but nothing exciting special.
