When I first started drinking beer I used to drink this as the dark lager in North America but I don’t remember it being 2.5% had this in Amsterdam at the Eagles nest and thought it was more like at Dutch Flanders Brown. 1.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
What absolute crap. Sickly sweet, cloying, no beer character at all. I had no idea it was a low ABV when I ordered and I honestly thought it would be a porter of some sorts. EEEKKK!

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
(Bottled) Very dark brown with a beige, lemonadey head. Sourish, roasted-malty aroma with a starchy-syrupy feel - much like a Finnish kotikalja, except with less yeast. Very sugary-syrupy-sweet, mildly tart flavor with sweet maltiness. Light to medium-bodied, cloying-sweet, syrupy palate with lemonadey carbonation. A quite undrinkable brew, and a perfect way to begin your Xmas eve with ;)
