2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Obviously fresh sample. No tell-tale skunkiness in the nose but there’s really nothing else there either except a hint of dirty grain. Carbonated water taste with a hint of sugar. Extremely boring but light and watery enough that you could almost drink it without noticing it was beer.

Bottle. Had it at a promotion in DC. This tastes like a light beer. Not anything special. If you like Heineken you’ll like it.

Though my B.O has often smelled like a Heineken, it is Tasty for a Defalut beer... the taste and head are always fairly conistent...but you can only drink so much...better than must Domestics, if you want to try a German Import, try Becks.

Pour is bright yellow with an attractive white head...smell is skunky and perfumey...taste is skunky at first, but then it gave way to a watery grainy flavor in the finish...

1.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle at Newtown Village Tavern in Cincy. Poured a clear amber with a small rocky white head that diminished quickly. Sharp grainy skunky aroma. Light body with a watery texture. Light grainy flavor with a short finish. Almost worth having once.

Havent had a Heineken in 15-20 years due to that funky skunky smell and taste. This pours pale golden, big foamy head to start then disappears. has a light and sweet taste, leaves creamy coat in your mouth. it is not has skunky as the original. I am not a light beer drinker, but overall this wasnt bad

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
It has the sweet malt and hops aroma that defines Heineken beers. The appearance is pale with a small head that falls fast. The flavor is almost exactly like regular Heineken (including the metallic taste) just a little weaker and maybe a little more corn taste in the finish. The palate is thin as expected. If you like Heineken but you want it in a lighter beer this is for you. Even though I am not a big fan of the style you have to give them credit for making a light beer that is almost indistinguishable from the original.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Straw body with a film of bubbles. Nose-dust, skunk, corn flakes. Tatse-sour, acetic, lactic acid, tart, adjuncty. Reminds me of Alka-Seltzer. Soft semi-creamy mouthfeel. Tastes more like seltzer water than beer. It’s not vile, just unimaginative. Dull and boring. A waste of resources.

Green bottles suck!
Poured yellow with no head and big skunky corn aroma.
Flavor is metalic, corn, grass.
I’d drink it again if it was free ...maybe...yes I would.
