Bought a bottle at the supermarket. The beer has a dark brown and a copper color and nice cream colored head, CO2 level is perfect. Aroma of hops, malts and some dark fruits. The taste is full with tones of herbs and some roasted malts. It’s sweet with a light bitter. The finish begins sweet and ends with a light bitter. A nice Bok, but there are better ones.

30cl bottle. Clear, deep red/orange with a light brown head. Slightly nutty, caramel malty, bready aroma. Fairly rich toffee/caramel malty, grassy, hay flavor. Not my cup of thee.

A dark brown beer with a medium and beige head. Aroma is rich and malty, bread, ryebread roastiness and syrup. Taste is sweet and malty, syrup, bread, some rich and cooked fruits, dates, hint of roastiness. Medium+ bodied, quite smooth to drink. Sweet and malty, I think too sweet, still rich in nuancees with strenght of malts.

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2013 Clear deep red appearance, medium low head. Fruity sweet aroma. Sweet taste, not much on the palate. Overall decent, slightly unbalanced high sweetness.

Personal contribution @ ‘The Adam Jackson Tasting’. Awesome – 30 cl. bottle sampled. Reddish brown with little off-white head. Smell is very sweet, very sweet, molasses, very sticky caramel, medicine,… this is still sort of ok. Taste is however that with sweet herbalness, medicines, sweet stiky caramel, cough syrup, odd metal off-flavours, fake, way too much, some bitter herbs, gingerbread,… Sticky, less carb. It is a bit like licking a tree after taking cough medicine. In a bad way so… yeah.

25/II/13 - 30cl bottle @ home - BB: II/2014 (2013-190) Thanks, well... "thanks" ;-) to 77ships for the tick!

Clear red brown beer, irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, hay, grains, bready, some dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sugary, caramel, bread, grains, sweet. Aftertaste: caramel, sugar, little bitter. Very blunt.

A - burnt brown amber. No head

S - Lots of sweet brown sugar and caramel. sort of yeasty on the nose.

T - Insanely sweet! dry oatmeal taste and disgusting old brown sugar.

M - Light body, no carbonation

O - This is utterly disgusting

Medium brownish red witha fizzy, quick disappearing, white, non lacy head. Smells of malt but in an extract sort of way. Sort of like marmite. Some caramel and roast. Synthetic. Medium oily body, with soft carbonation. Tastes of processed malt and chemical burn. Plastic and sort of rubber. Caramel sweetness all. Don’t really like it very much at all.
