rocbyter (666), Waterbury, Connecticut, USA Apr 22, 2008 This sample came from a can, has been shaking around in my golf bag for three hours, and is old but I don’t it will make this one any worse. Sweet grainy aroma and light yeast. Clear light golden color with a small white head. Mildly bitter beginning with a very light fading malt finish. Watery palate.
thefle (22), , New Jersey, USA Oct 7, 2008 I used to be a big heineken drinker but no more. The main reason is I’m fairly sure that this beer is brewed with nyquil. I can never recall a time where I had a great night drinking heinekens, just getting tired after 2 and feeling generally bad. I suppose this isn’t a knock on the taste and what not but when you associate a beer with sleepy boring nights somethings up SQNfan (476), Wheaton, Illinois, USA Oct 7, 2008 Pale in color with a thin head with aromas on the grassy/herbal/earthy/skunky side. The palate was dry and bitter. Fine at a baseball game. MexiFinn (16), Nevada, USA Oct 5, 2008 Not a bad Euro-macro, not much to it, a bit bitter, sweet and skunky (no taste difference whether from their mini-keg that’s mostly foam, or bottle, or can). Lots of fizz, nice golden color, a great beer for if you’re on a weekend bender, plus most of the time cheaper than some of the domestic beers. Cheers. jmm635 (78), Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 5, 2008 Very pale in color with minimal head. Barely noticeable aroma. Flavor of citrus (lemon in particular) and very sour. Fizzy on the palate. Pass looframp (6), , Netherlands does not count Oct 5, 2008 sewage water, way to popular. It has that factory taste to it.
