Tap. Golden amber color, thin white head. Bready flavor. Sharp with a hearty earthy bitterness. A touch of nutty flavors and a hint of metal. Aroma is of fresh baked bread and the slightest aroma of those freshly toasted nuts at the fair/flea market. Very familiar. Paired very well with the spicy BBQ sauce at the Dillsboro Smokehouse.

Sampled at Brewgrass in Asheville. It was so hot at the festival I drank this like gatorade. Poured a light copper color with a large foamy head. Hints of sweet wheat, candied sugar, spice. Finished thin and sweet on the palate. Carbonation was perfect for the heat.
