Draught at the brewpub. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is much like a Helles. Malty and yeasty with low bitterness. And it is a nice Helles at that.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, sweet malts and a little caramel. Dry and hoppy finish. Very well made. 090410

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2011 It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, bread, flower, light butterscotch and straw. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same pleasant notes as the aroma, and the finish is slightly dry with a touch of fresh-baked bread.

Clear golden with a tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with butter, malt, caramel and grassy hops. Sweet flavour with grassy hops, butter, diacetyl and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter.

Honeyish malt aroma, residual aromahops. Dark golden, low carbonation, lowish head. Sweet honeyish malt base, fullbodied with a rather low-key bitterness. Wellagered spritzyness, grainy aftertaste.

Copper colored, small frothy head on top. Soft carbonation. Light clay nose, sweet cooked celery and grain taste. Weird.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Bottle from Frankische Botschaft. Pours clear light golden with a moderate sized white head. Aroma of spicy hops. Taste is fizzy and fresh, lots of carbonation, makes me think of a champagne , pearling in my mouth. Short light malty and grassy hops in the end.

Bottle: Deep golden coloured, slowly diminishing fluffy white head; strong sweet-grainy (barley) nose, supported by a shy floral hoppiness; sweet (grainy) base with a light bitter flavour; short, sweet and herbal-bitter finish. This could be an average Bohemian Pilsener..............

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and with a mild grassy note. Dry malty and grassy flavoured. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.
