Can. Bought in a souvenir store on the central road in Naha. Unclear golden like colour, medium white head. Strange aroma from the Goya plant: herbal and bitter along with some sweetness. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is herbal and bitter with a medium bitterness, sweet like, dry. Strangte and interesting brew with the Goya plant.

35 cl can from Family Mart. Cloudy hay-coloured with large frothy white head. Low aroma with bitter fruity notes, some citrus, some vegetable note. Taste is also fruity and bitter, bread in aftertaste. Nice, thick mouthfeel and high carb, but still pretty refreshing.

(Draught) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of corn, play-doh, and grain. Flavor of biscuit, corn, and light fruit with mild bitterness in the finish.

Yellow pour, white head. Aroma is bit stinky with some odd fruit and a bit of veggies too. Flavor has an odd artificial flavor, spent hops...yuck.

Pours a clear light golden color with a white head. Nose is fruity with quite a bit of melon. Some sweet malt and rice notes, maybe a light citrus zest and vegetable aroma. The flavor is fruity and slightly sweet with a bitter finish. Definitely a strong rice flavor and somewhat dry. A little disappointing.

Can. Soft yeast nose. Quite creamy and very belgian like. Not really a dry lager at all as I was expecting. Fruity with a very mild spicy finish. Much better than I was expecting. Very much a soft belgian with an interesting pepper like finish. Quite crisp.

Draught at the Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki, Iwate.
Very pale yellow with a low, rocky head. Faint, dry, slightly fruity aroma, bitterness easy to predict. Bitter, dry, astringent flavor with cayenne pepper. Extremely unpleasant to me, with a taste resembling Chinese herbal medicine and a very long bitter finish. Yuck!
