COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HELLEKAPELLE from Brouwerij de Bie is an unusual pale ale with a straw color, hoppy aroma, light to medium body and clean malty flavor. It’s bitterness that starts in the middle of the palate and dominates through to the finish comes from Poperinge hops, wonderful thirst quencher.

33cl bottle. Light golden with medium white head. Nose : strong citrus zest and pepper, soap and a bit metallic note. Sip . : Low density body reminding a lager with slightly oily texture and quite decent carbonation. Moderately sweet with flavors of bread and some fruity esters. It develops dryness with little sour straw like estery citrus bite. Metallic aftertaste with some bitter hops.

TET (1619) - FINLAND - MAY 16, 2012
A cloudy, light yellow beer with a big, dense and blond head. Aroma is light malty, honey, some flowers and sweet candys; quite unique aroma. Taste is fruitfull, light maltyness, some honey. Medium- bodied, lots of carbonation, fresh to drink. Unique beer with enough of elements, but still quite boring with too much of lager like nuancees as light malts and honey.
