The aroma is sweet yeasty, acidic, and corriander. Unclear light yellow with a small fast disappearing head. The flavor is wheaty, corriander, and yeasty with a dry end. A nice beer.

33 cL bottle. pours hazy orange to yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is light fruity, light spiced. Mild brett-ish note. Flavour is light spiced, mild brett acidic and with a dry malt flavour. Ends slight woody dry, reminds me a bit about oxidisation without being bad.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is honey and spices with lots of earthy notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast, fruits, alcohol, hops and slight caramel. Tripel meets witbier or something like that. Quite nice!

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich lively head. Lightly lactic nose. Dry, light and creamy. Fresh and milky with a touch of cherry, some honey and gooseberry. Almost no bitterness. A mild, quenching light Belgian ale.

2002-08-08, 6-5-5-2-12=30 Hazy blond hale, big head. Quite strong dry hop aroma, dry, a bit sour. Dry, sour taste, pretty aggressive. Similar palate, maybe too bitter.

Bottle, 5%. Chalky, bready aroma. Quite cloudy golden colour, sparkling. Small white head. Slightly metallic flavour with a little sourness. Yeasty aftertaste. Starts out rather poorly, but turns out to be drinkable after a few sips. The sourness makes it slightly interesting, but still strange.
