The contents of the bottle ‘sploded upon unleashing and left copious quantities of particulate matter swirling erratically… Appearance is a honey color, hazy, with plenty of bits. Noticeably carbonated with a fine white head that leaves a nice layer. Aroma is sweet and fruity, bubblegum with tartness and a yeasty, earthy background. Flavor has a sweet start, with malt and spices and a crisp light hop finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and creamy with a good representation of co2. A complex brew, but hard to pin down; well balanced and smooth. A pleasant drink.

Bouteille 33 cl - couleur blonde avec une belle mousse blanche onctueuse qui persiste, goût épicé et fruité, vraiment agréable à boire

Beer pours hazy amber with a head which almost immediately disappears. Very sweet taste of liquorice, orange peel, sugar and hops. Feels quite unbalanced. On a sidenote: very bad label design which suggested it might be a Kriek due to the red cauldron’s cherry-like appearance.

Unclear light amber. Frothy off white head. Lots of orange/tang and orange peel. Some darks fruits. Mild peppery. Caramel. Interesting. About 15 months old.

Pours hazy orange/golden with large frothy white head. The aroma contains fruits, spices, honey and vanilla. It tastes medium sweet but the finish is long, spicy and light bitter. Medium body and fizzy carbonation. Nice, but unfortunately my bottle was too cold to really enjoy the aroma.

Bottle at home. Pours light hazy golden amber with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malts, light coriander, slightly metallic. Taste is light to moderate sweet, light bitter, malts, coriander, yeast, light metallic undertone. Not too bad.

Bottle as a gift. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Sweet and malty, maize, light bitter finish. Bit unbalanced. Ok.
