On tap at Hellers (9/1/09): Pours a cloudy brass golden with a well-lacing off-white head. Aroma of grassy herbal hops with a light sweetness and hint of funk with some lemon citrus character. Starts with good fullness and an herbal citrusy tartness without much malted wheaty sweetness, but some grassy bittering hoppiness. Has too much tartness and herbal hoppiness for the style.

Bottle. Unclear yellow with a big white head. Light spicy aroma with notes of banana, light clove and malt. The flavour is malty, spicy with banana and clove. Pretty standard well made weissbier.

aroma is dominated by citrussy notes. quite interesting.
flavor is slightly citrussy, slighlty flowery sweet, dry, very mild hoppy bitterness, almost not there, ends dry and very slightly bitter in the far end.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. LIght white head. Light spice, sweetness, grass in the aroma. Flavour of sweetness, coriander, cloves and banana. quite mild in the flavour. Medium bodied. Dry spiced end.
