The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Aroma like champagne. Tastes good, but too less fruity. Nevertheless very drinkable. An average hefeweizen.

Ful wheat nose, spicy too, cloudy yellow, small white head. Taste is a fruity wheat, mild spices. Light bodied, balanced, refreshing. Good. Thanks Radek Kliber.

Rather small white head covers the cloudy golden hue. Boasting wheat nose comes upfront accompanied by a very noticeable sour cream note. This stays in mouth, it might be more lactic than citric and the yeast imparts a certain spiciness that conclude it all. Lean bodied, more than I expected for the rather full wheat nose. And the balance is not too advanced with this tendency for the overdone sourness.

(swing top bottle, with thanks to Koelschtrinker) Cloudy, yellow colour with a short frothy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet and slightly acidic wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana and citrus, accompanied by vanilla phenols and light notes of cloves. Light-sweet flavour, light body impression with a refreshing carbonation. Moderate wheat-character with fruity notes and restrained phenols, what I appreciate; slightly sweet and sour, slim wheaty finish. Decent Hefeweizen “vun Kölle”.

Bottle. Yellowish-orange murky body with a small white bubbly head. The aroma is creamy and fruity - banana and oranges, though not much spice. Flavourwise there is a lot more stuff going on...sharp peppery spices, mild tartness, and doughy yeast. Average, but pleasantly refreshing.

Sunny gold, cloudy German wheat, medium thinish head,
True rich wheat nose. Rich, clean with fruity touches dancing around.
Soft bodied weizen . Good clean work sadly lacked a bit in body and substance. I found hints of mineral water and that only show how light this beer was. Definitively on right track if you go as formula just make it fuller and richer is my wish. Yet on other note such clean light wheat on hot summer nights might be perfect choice for long drinking session.

Flip-top bottle: Pale golden, slightly hazy and orangey, small foamy layer; fruity nose - yes - bananas and cloves, but also bready and a bit tart; sweetish, almost bitter flavour, light bodied; short sweet fruity finish with a light tartness and a light, but distinctive and lingering bitterness. An unusual, but nevertheless pleasant Weizen............
